By creating this imposing piece of art, Daniel manages to replicate a symbiotic relationship between nature and humanity. The idea of shaping separate and independent human identities into one collective entity is assosiated with life forms that are part of the same ecosystem where matter and form co-exist. The complexity of the human structure can only stand on a solid foundation where shared values and moral cooperation exist side by side. The interdependent root system acts like the common ground of our human spirit while the psyche is the personal element, unique to each individual. The interdependent identities are integrated into a generalized form in order to suggest the social equilibrium achieved with combined effort and mutual support.
